Since our inception in Canada, Lowe's has actively supported various national and local causes to help strengthen the communities in which we operate. But it's more than writing cheques. It means lending a helping hand in times of need. We do that with the help of Lowe's Canada Heroes.

Each year, Lowe's employees team up to provide hundreds of hours of support to local communities as part of the Lowe's Canada Heroes employee volunteer program. The store-wide program encourages employees to work together, adopt a volunteer project with a local nonprofit organization or public school, and make a difference.

How you can help

Facts about Attendance and Reading:

- Early absenteeism, in preschool and Kindergarten, has a significant effect on a child’s ability to learn and to master reading. (Source: Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development)

- A child who reads twenty minutes a day will be exposed to 1.8 million words per year. (Source: Scholastic)

Recent changes to Province of Saskatchewan Education Act legislation have resulted in the elimination of the requirement of Boards of Education to hold an annual meeting of electors. 

École Harbour Landing School is happy to announce that we have partnered with Hillberg & Berk on an upcoming School Community Council Fundraiser.

Our School Community Council through Hillberg & Berk will be selling custom earrings, necklaces and bracelets in our school`s custom colors with 50% of proceeds returning to the school.
